Upgradation, the plant is equipped with modern development Centre for people at all levels with all modern facilities including technology based training.

Recognising the importance of Information technology in process improvement, the
plant has implemented 100 % integrated computerised systems in all areas of
operation.
Unit is equipped with in-house software development Section which is involved in developing all
integrated Systems for this plant and other group facilities. All the Operations
including production and quality assurance are computerised.

The plant has its own residential campus with
all modern facilities including officers club
with indoor and outdoor facilities for Table
Tennis, Badminton and Lawn Tennis. It also has
its own drama stage with a capacity of over 2000 persons.
